Dr. Linger and his team are the best! I’ve been coming here for years (my secret). This team is on top of the latest methods and mechanics of the profession. A gentle and confident touch makes one feel very confident in their expertise. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing but the pleasant and friendly atmosphere is refreshing here. You people are my family! I love all of you and am very proud of everyone’s accomplishments!

From my first consultation, Dr. Linger immediately put me at ease. They allowed me a lot of conversational time to discuss my history and my fears regarding the procedure. I have just a few memories of my procedure, but the ones I have are amazing. Even in my sedated state, I was aware of the staff constantly making sure I was comfortable and calm. After my procedure, I slept the rest of the evening. Expecting to feel very groggy, I set my alarm earlier than normal and awoke to the pleasant surprise that I felt fantastic! I had lots of energy and no pain! I have received hundreds of compliments since my procedure, some of which aren’t even directed at my smile, friends just notice “something different” and say I look great. I cannot thank Dr. Linger and his staff enough. They made my experience so wonderful, and single handedly changed my feelings about the dentist.

It has been a long journey but if I can do it, anyone can. I was so afraid to go to the dentist based on several past unpleasant experiences that I tried to do my own dental work by ordering Cavit over the internet, a temporary fix for cavities. Dr. Linger and his high performance team are awesome. They showed that they cared from day one and continue to do so. Today, I look forward to my dental visits with little apprehension. Why would someone drive all the way from Lenoir, N.C. for their dental care (A risk of 1.5 hours each way)? There are two main reasons: Great service culture. Everybody in this organization provides great service and staying current – This is a staff that constantly works hard to stay up-to-date in their field. I’ve found it an unbeatable combination! Great service!

I’ve always been afraid of dental procedures especially anticipating feeling pain while the dentist is working on me. Whether I was having a cavity removed and filled or having implants placed. I can honestly say I never experienced pain during the procedure. Dr. Linger always makes me feel very special; he treats me like I’m his only patient and he has the upmost concern for me and my dental care. I’m very pleased with my decision of having Dr. Linger and his team provide all of my dental needs.

All dental appointments are anxiety producing for me. My experience with Dr. Steiner and his team have always proven to be quite positive. The staff is warm, attentive, reassuring, and really care about my dental care and physical well-being. My insurance benefits are minimal but I keep coming back because of the excellent care provided…the fact that I keep paying privately for needed dental care is a testimony within itself.

I have been a patient since I was 21 and I am now 56. Dr. Steiner has been instrumental in helping me maintain my dental health and continues to do that even now. The whole team is very warm and welcoming when I arrive at the office. They always remember to ask about my family members and are happy to share with our family when we have milestone, new births, etc.

I feel very comfortable and confident with Dr. Steiner and his team as they are so proactive in regard to my oral and dental health. My experiences are always pain free and the staff is always so friendly, courteous, and accommodating. They have gentle, friendly, and compassionate staff of highest professional quality. Everything in the office is state of the art. The staff is obviously well-hired and well trained. The doctor (specifically Dr. Steiner) goes to any length to keep me comfortable and pain-free and gives a shot that is almost indiscernible. I respect this doctor for his medical expertise and his business sense in developing this… best in the business.

They make me feel welcome. They have good chair side manner. It’s nice to be around pleasant people in today’s world. The location is good for me. They do fine work and I would recommend them highly. There are five senses: touch, taste, hear, see, and smell. Also two very important others…... And sense of humor.

They always make sure I’m comfortable and take into consideration my sensitive teeth. I’ve experienced everything from routine cleanings, root canals, and dental implants. It’s all been handled with A+ care!

She is very friendly and very professional in everything that she does and only treats what is necessary to be done. She follows up with her hygienist and examines and explains everything she found. She has very competent assistants, especially Johnnie who knows exactly what has to be done. We have been patients of Dr. Pappert’s for about 15 years and would not consider ever changing dentists!
